1. Who we are

Pari Passu is operated by [Company legal name]. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Service, why, and the choices you have. Pari Passu is an educational tool, not investment advice.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password.
  • What you submit: memos you paste or upload, your IC grill answers, and the scores and feedback we generate.
  • IC coach: questions you ask the coach, with the page you're on (for example the case, or your own scorecard), are sent to our AI provider to write a reply. By default we don't save the text of your questions or the replies; we log only that a question was asked (your account, the page, its size and cost) to enforce limits. If you turn on “Help improve the coach”, we save that conversation and any thumbs up or down you give, without your name, email, phone or account numbers, to improve the coach. You can turn it off at any time.
  • Resume review: the resume, LinkedIn profile and job description you give us are sent to our AI provider to write your review. We don't save them or the review; we log only that a review ran (your account, which inputs you used, the score and its cost). If you give us a job link, our server visits that page once to read the job description.
  • Interview prep: your resume, profile, the role and what you tell us about your experience are sent to our AI provider to write your guide and run mock interviews. We don't save them on our servers; we log only that a guide or mock question ran (your account, the interview stage, and its cost). Your guides and mock interview history are saved in your own browser so you can come back to them.
  • Purchases: which plan you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment processor, [Stripe]; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and error logs, used to keep the Service running. [List any analytics tools before launch.]

3. Please don't send us confidential information

Never upload your employer's or a client's confidential documents or any material non-public information. The Service is built for practice cases and your own practice work. If you think you've uploaded something you shouldn't have, contact us and we'll delete it.

4. How we use it

To run the Service: grade your memos, run IC grills, save your history, handle purchases and support, and keep the Service secure. We don't sell your personal information.

5. Service providers

  • Anthropic (Claude) processes your memo, answers, coach questions, resume review and interview prep materials to generate grades, feedback, replies, reviews and guides. Your submissions are not used to train AI models. [Confirm against Anthropic's current commercial terms.]
  • [Supabase] stores account data and saved memos.
  • [Stripe] processes payments.
  • [Vercel] hosts the website.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account and saved memos until you delete them or close your account. [Set retention periods for logs and backups.]

7. Your choices and rights
