These terms govern your use of Pari Passu (the "Service"), operated by [Company legal name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Pari Passu is an educational tool for practicing credit analysis and preparing for interviews. Scores, feedback, IC questions and every other output are generated for training purposes only.

Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or loan, or an offer of any kind. Don't rely on the Service to make real investment or lending decisions.

Cases are fictional or built from public information and may be simplified or changed for teaching. They don't describe any real transaction.

You must not upload, paste or submit your employer's or any client's confidential, proprietary or non-public information, including real credit memos, deal documents or material non-public information. Use our cases or your own practice work only.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit everything you upload, and that doing so doesn't break any agreement, policy or law that applies to you.

Grading and IC grill feedback are produced by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) against a fixed rubric. The feedback can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Use your own judgment.

Your submissions are not used to train AI models. [Confirm against the AI provider's current commercial terms before launch.]

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. You must be at least [18] years old to use the Service. One person per account.

New accounts include one free grade. Single grades and 30- or 90-day passes are one-time payments processed by [Stripe]; they don't renew automatically. A pass gives unlimited grades for its term and ends on its own. [Refund policy to be confirmed.]

You keep ownership of the memos and answers you submit. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
